Do you accept insurance?

We operate independently of insurance and Medicare, which allows our clinicians complete freedom to provide the treatments and time your health requires without restriction to what insurance approves or reimburses. Clients either pay directly for our services, or become members of the practice by enrolling in treatment packages that cover the treatment costs at a discounted rate. While our services are not billed through insurance, they are eligible for payment through HSA or FSA funds. This independence from insurance limitations means your physician treats you based on medical evidence and your personal needs, rather than industry regulations.

What's included as in the Align Wellness membership?

Nearly all of our membership packages cover comprehensive primary care assessments, quarterly bloodraws, annual testing, and micronutrient IV infusions. Specialized packages are offered for hormone therapy, weight loss, thyroid management, and aesthetic treatments. Additional products or services may require separate fees depending on your specific membership package, which is why your care team provides transparent pricing for all services prior to treatment.

How does concierge primary care work with specialists and hospitals?

Your Align Wellness physician coordinates all specialist referrals when advanced care is needed, selecting providers based on your specific condition and ensuring they receive complete and updated health records. We maintain a trusted Align Referral Network of specialists who communicate directly with our team about your care, and work to get our patients seen in days rather than weeks or months. When hospitalization or emergency care occurs, your physician works alongside the  hospital staff and follows your treatment closely, advocating for your needs and ensuring continuity once you return to outpatient care.

Can my spouse and family members also become patients?

If you’re going to live a long and healthy life then it is best to do it with loved ones, which is why we encourage spouses and other family members to join as clients. Moreover, treating multiple patients from the same family allows our physicians to understand family health patterns, genetic predispositions, and environmental factors that may be influencing everyone’s wellbeing. Many clients bring their adult children and aging parents to the practice, creating multi-generational care where your physician coordinates health strategies across your entire family.
